About the founder
Henryk Rostowicz was born in 1947 in Poland and immigrated to Israel in 1950.
Graduated Tel-Aviv University in 1974, and became an Attorney at Law in 1976.
Mr. Rostowicz is a Senior partner at Henryk Rostowicz & Co. Law Offices in Tel-Aviv
which includes his Senior partner, Pinhas Gladcov, Attorney at Law and a fully
staffed office of Lawyers, Apprentices and Secretaries specializing in Real Estate,
Government and Municipal Taxation, Commercial Law, and Corporations.
Mr. Rostowicz is a lecturer at Tel-Aviv University - management and appraising
of real estate, and at other various colleges, lecturing about Real Estate Law
and Government and Municipal real estate taxation, and academic council of the
education department of the General Municipal Institute. Mr. Rostowicz is the
chairman of the Municipal Taxation Committee of the Israel Bar.
Mr. Rostowicz is the author of Municipal General Rate,
Betterment Levy, Land Appreciation Tax (out of print),
Land Appreciation Tax - Apartment Tax Shelter,
co-author of Real Estate Management and various
essays.
Mr. Rostowicz is the editor of
ARNONA a virtual magazine of real estate and taxation.
Mr. Rostowicz is the founder of the
Real Estate Virtual College
the Hebrew Internet Guide for Web-masters
and the co-founder of the
Municipal Tax Research Institute with Pinhas Gladcov.
